Section rings above singularities and the space associated to them

We consider the section ring A of a divisor above a singularity, and the space Proj(A) associated to it. We show that above a normal two dimensional singularity Spec(R), this space has an extremely simple, Noetherian, structure, even though A is generally not a Noetherian R-algebra. We give an explicit description of the  geometry of this space.
