The Mathematical, Computational, and Modeling Science Center in the School of Mathematical and Statistical Sciences at ASU invites you to register for a workshop on Data, Dynamics, Discovery: Next Generation Biomedical Modeling. The overall goal of this workshop is to help bring computational and mathematical innovations into clinically meaningful research in oncology and neurodegenerative disease to strengthen the pipeline from quantitative discovery to improved understanding, diagnosis, prognosis, treatment planning, and therapeutic design.
The workshop will focus on biomedical challenges where data and computational models can generate mechanistic insight, improve inference, and guide experimental or clinical decision-making. The aim is to have a mix of talks that include the state of research in these areas, discussion of available data, grand challenge questions to be addressed, cutting edge technologies, and modeling and data analysis approaches. Come learn about impactful research opportunities.
