REUs are excellent opportunities to gain hands-on research experience while completing your undergraduate degree. REUs are available throughout the academic year, and at institutions across the country - including ASU.

Teaching Assistantships
Applicants interested in applying for financial assistance can do so in their online application.
Teaching assistantships in the School of Mathematical and Statistical Sciences are awarded in early spring for the following academic year (fall semester). Admission decisions are made first, followed by offers for TA positions.
The School of Mathematical and Statistical Sciences offers about 20 new teaching assistantships each year.
PhD application deadline is July 1, if you are applying for admission only and are not competing for TA support.
