Polynomial Interpolation and Ideal Containment Problems

The polynomial interpolation problem examines polynomials with prescribed values or vanishing conditions. We will discuss a number of questions arising from the polynomial interpolation problem in several variables, and how these questions could be investigated via containment of powers of ideals.
