Research interests: My broad area of research is in mathematics education. In particular, I focus on cognitive modeling of mathematical thinking and learning as it relates to the principled design of instruction. Mathematical content areas in which I have conducted such research include stochastic reasoning, algebra and functions, covariational reasoning.
