Abstract: The Computational Biosciences Professional Masters Program at Arizona State University admitted its first batch of 16 students in Fall 2002. The program is an interdisciplinary program with an internal faculty advisory committee of faculty from life sciences, mathematics, c computer science and engineering and the college of Business. Students who entered the program in Fall 02 have diverse backgrounds, ranging from life sciences, mathematics, computing and medical fields. We review the program, the facilities and the future plans for our students at ASU.
