Course Description

Linear equations, matrices, determinants, vector spaces, bases, linear transformations and similarity, inner product spaces, eigenvectors, orthonormal bases, and diagonalization. Credit is allowed for only MAT 342 or 343 toward a mathematics degree. Pre- or corequisite: MAT 272 (or its equivalent).
