I am currently on administrative leave. I can be reached at the Mathematical Sciences Research Institute (MSRI) in Berkeley, where I will be Deputy Director through June 2010.

Research Interests

My research interests are in the field of Algebraic Combinatorics and include Combinatorial Representation Theory, Hyperplane Arrangements, Coxeter Groups, Free Lie Algebras and Combinatorial Homoptopy. More recently I have also been interested in the combinatorial analysis of social networks.
