Class Rosters and Gradebook

• DOWNLOAD CLASS ROSTER from ASU Online Services. This data base is updated every Sunday. Thus the best time to obtain your class list is the Monday following drop-add week.
  
  
• IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS: Please follow these instructions to open the roster files.
  
  
• For Open Office Users:
  
  1. Save the Class Roster file into your hard-disk first.
  2. Right click on the file and open with OpenOffice Spreadsheet.
  3. Now save the file with a “.xls” extension.
