Maple
Maple is a computer algebra package. Computer algebras are able to perform symbolic operations as well as numerical ones. This means that Maple can factor, solve and perform numerous mathematical calculations once done by hand.
The math computer labs, located in ECA 221 and ECA 225, as well as the other computing sites on campus, all have Maple installed and available for use.
